Yoga is more than a physical exercise. Yoga is what you think, how you behave, how you feel, how you breath, how you are. Yoga and his philosophy is as multi-facetted as you are. To experience yoga, you have to feel it on your own body. The highest goal of yoga is to “stilling the fluctuation of the mind”. You can achieve this step by step with breath exercices – pranayama, relaxation exercises, physical exercises – asanas and meditation sequences fitting on your needs. You may can lossen physical disharmonies in your body and feel more vital after every session. I invite you to come into my yoga room or I come to your place as part of the private lesson.
